Justin Bieber was spotted out in New York City yesterday, November 26! Justin was seen outside a spa hanging with his friends who were waiting for him outside.

Justin has been in New York City for the past couple of days after spending some time in Los Angeles. No word on why Justin is in NYC, but hopefully it is for music reasons.

I hope he had fun last night. He is so good to his fans.
