New promo photos from Vanessa Hudgens’ upcoming musical debut in Gigi have been released. Vanessa is set to play the lead, Gigi, in the musical.

Performances for the new musical are set to begin in January at the John F. Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. Tickets are now on sale, so if you live in the area check it out.

In other Vanessa news, she was granted a restraining order against a stalker who apparently traveled from Africa to Los Angeles to marry her. TMZ is reporting, “Junior Kabongo sent Hudgens a slew of emails, saying, among other things, “Hello, I love you and want to marry you,’ and, ‘God gave me a penis to make you feel like you never did everytime when we’ll make love.’ The emails got extremely graphic.”

Once taken to court, the judge ordered the man to stay 100 yards clear of her, her sister and boyfriend, Austin Butler. How scary!
