Fifth Harmony did a little PR in Washington, D.C. today, December 3. The girls were in DC to perform at the National Tree Lighting Ceremony.

Before heading to the ceremony, the girls stopped by Hot 99.5 Radio Station, where they sang 5 Seconds of Summer “Happy Birthday”. The boys are celebrating three years as a band today.

The girls also visited the Hard Rock Cafe this afternoon, where they met with fans for a special event put on by DC’s 107.3. You can see those videos under the jump.

Looks like the girls had a busy day in our Nation’s Capital. Hope they had fun!
