A New Me

Justin Bieber stopped by the Grand Opening of West Coast Customs in Burbank, CA yesterday, December 9. West Coast Customs has worked on a couple of cars for Justin in the past including his Ferrari.

This event was also the first real time we have seen Justin’s new hairdo. The singer opted to dye his hair platinum blonde earlier this week and before yesterday we have really only caught glimpses of is hair.
