Happy Birthday to You!

Happy Birthday to Taylor Swift! The singer turned 25 years old today, December 13, and what an incredible year she has had!

Taylor kicked off her year by relocating to Manhattan and completing her wildly successful Red tour. She released her fifth studio album, 1989, to massive acclaim becoming the first woman to sell more than a million copies of an album in the first week for the third time in a row.

Taylor also saw her two singles off her latest album hit #1 on the Billboard charts and the album, 1989, is still sitting pretty at the top of Billboard’s album charts. She released another fragrance and debuted her role in The Giver. Taylor also was announced as Billboard’s Woman of the Year for the second time.

Her next year will be even more insane! Taylor will embark on a worldwide stadium tour promoting her latest album and continue her partnership with Diet Coke and Keds. She will also likely expand her fragrance line as well as any other surprises she has up her sleeve.

Taylor will celebrate her birthday with her friends in New York City this weekend and is rumored to now be dating The 1975’s Matty Healy. From all of us at BeautifulBallad, we hope Taylor has an even more exciting year filled with nothing but love and happiness.
