Justin Bieber attended the Shots Apps launch event at the House of Music and Entertainment last night, December 19. Justin looked to be in a bit of rush as he pushed his way through the photogs and into the venue.

Justin has been relatively quiet these past few months while he works on new music. He is also been under a bit of pressure recently due to new romance rumors that have been surrounding him and Hailey Baldwin.
