Spread A Little Christmas Joy

Niall Horan visited Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin®, in Dublin today, December 23. Niall is in Dublin for the upcoming Holiday.

Niall has spent the past couple of weeks traveling Europe and the United States promoting One Direction’s new album, FOUR. Niall will soon head back to the United States, where he and One Direction will perform at Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve.

I love how he made the time to stop in and see the kids. What a great Holiday treat it must have been for the kids.
