The Vamps Feuding With Fifth Harmony?

Fifth Harmony had some choice words for The Vamps earlier today, January 22 after an interview from the British band was released.  The two groups met last summer while on tour with Austin Mahone.

The interview in question shows the boys making a very immature remark in regards to Brad Simpson’s past relationship with Lauren Jauregui. Brad was asked whether he and Lauren were still dating when James McVey implied that each of the boys had a bit of a thing with Lauren. You can check out the video with the remark in it here.

This remark caused an outrage with not only Fifth Harmony’s fans, but the girls themselves. Lauren immediately took to her Twitter to tweet a link to Big Sean’s “I Don’t F*** With You” video.

Dinah, Camilla, and Normani also took to their Twitters to vent their frustration towards the boys, saying “the nerve of you little boys . . how immature” and “the amount of sexism and immaturity is astounding. a man will treat a woman with respect and stick up for her when she’s being disrespected.”

James took to his own Twitter to try to rectify the situation by stating that his comment was misinterpreted. However, it would seem that the damage had already been done.

Just goes to show if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.
