Justin Bieber Teases Fans with New Music

Justin Bieber uploaded two new snippets of new music early this morning, January 28, to his Instagram account. Justin has been working on new music since the beginning of this year after taking a mini break in 2014.

Yesterday, January 27, before hitting the studio, Justin was spotted leaving Nine Zero One salon. Earlier this year, Justin debuted a bleach blonde look from the hair salon, so I wonder if he was going to get it touched up or if he was dying it back to his natural color.
