Super Clyde, Starring Rupert Grint, Getting A Revival?

CBS has ordered a new pilot for Rupert Grint’s TV show, Super Clyde. The announcement was made during the TCAs held earlier this month.

This single-camera comedy, created by Greg Garcia, was originally ordered by the network back in 2013, but was never picked up for airing. After much pushing by Garcia, CBS then placed the pilot online for public viewing, which lead to quite the positive reaction from fans towards the fast food worker turned superhero show.

Now it would seem that CBS wants to give the show another try after the cancellation of Garcia’s other show The Millers. However, no word has been released on whether or not Rupert will take part in the show, but with pilot season right around the corner we should hear something soon.

I really enjoyed the pilot when it was released back in 2013 and thought CBS was wrong to not pick it up. Hopefully, Rupert joins back up with the cast!
