Joe Jonas was spotted out and about in New York City today, February 12. The star is in New York City to attend New York Fashion Week.
Day 1 of the Fashion Week was today and Joe attended the Richard Chai Fashion Show. Joe has attended Richard Chai shows in the past, so it is no surprise he would opt to attend this one.
