Miley Cyrus and Nina Dobrev attended the 23rd Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards viewing party held at The City of West Hollywood Park tonight, February 22, in Los Angeles.

Miley is a co-chair at the annual event, she was a co-chair for the event in 2013, as well. The singer wore Schiaparelli couture for the evening. Nina wore a red Reem Acra gown with cut-outs and was joined by her pal Julianne Hough .

Sarah Hyland rocked a black and white dress for the evening, while Colton Haynes rocked a shiny tuxedo to the event. Zoey Deutch also kept with the black and white theme. Cody Simpson was joined by his girlfriend, Gigi Hadid at the viewing.
