Watch the Promo for Arrow “The Offer”

The promo for the next all new episode of Arrow has been released. The episode is called, “The Offer” and will air on March 18.

I feel like they are just retelling the Batman/ Ra’s al Ghul story with Oliver. I guess we will have to see how it all plays out.
