Justin Bieber was spotted in Miami today, March 6. The singer was surrounded by friends and fans as he sat poolside soaking up the Miami sun.

Justin, who recently turned 21, will next be heading to Las Vegas, where he will be celebrating his birthday on March 14. His party will be held at the Heart Of Omnia at the Caeser Palace Hotel.
