Justin Bieber was spotted leaving dinner in Los Angeles last night, March 19. Justin exited Mastro’s with friends after enjoying dinner at the LA hotspot.

Earlier this week, Justin appeared on the ELLEN show with Madonna, but other than that Justin has been keeping himself out of the limelight focusing on his new music.

I hope he enjoyed dinner last night.
