Maisie Williams to Guest Star on Doctor Who

Maisie Williams has landed a new role. Maisie is set to guest star on the next season of the hit UK show, Doctor Who.

The show’s official Twitter made the announcement earlier today, March 31. The show’s executive producer, Steven Moffat released a statement via the Twitter as well staying mum on who Maisie will be playing, but did say “she is going to challenge the Doctor in very unexpected ways. This time he might just be out of his depth, and we know Maisie is going to give him exactly the right sort of hell.”

Maisie’s first day on set was today, so hopefully we will get more details as the week goes on. Are you excited to see her on the show?
