Captain Lance Comes Face to Face with Ra’s al Ghul in New Arrow Sneak Peek

A third sneak peek from tonight’s (April 1) all new episode of Arrow has been released. The episode is called, “Public Enemy” and in the sneak peek Captain Lance comes face to face with Ra’s al Ghul.
