5 Seconds Of Summer had a bit of a rough night last night, April 4, in West Hollywood. The guys were apparently asked to leave hot spot, The Nice Guy for being underage.

For those who don’t know, the legal drinking age in the United States is 21 and all four bandmembers (Luke Hemmings, Ashton Irwin, Calum Hood and Michael Clifford) are under the age of 21. The guys cannot legally consume or be served in this country. After realizing they were indeed underage allegedly the cops asked the boys to leave.
