Miley Cyrus was spotted at 1 Oaks club in New York City last night, May 3. The young singer was joined by Rita Ora and Justin Bieber for her night out on the town.

Miley is currently in the Big Apple to appear on Good Morning America. No word on what she plans to announce on the show, but hopefully it has something to do with new music.

Ummmm can she also attend the Met Gala tonight?!
