Miley Cyrus is enjoying some rest and relaxation in Turks and Caicos. The singer jetted to the island after performing at the Adult Swim upfront in New York City earlier this week.

Miley is joined by her family for the vacation with her sister, Brandi sharing the group spent yesterday, May 15, riding jet skis. Miley seemed to be in good spirits as she posed for several fan photos after a day in the sun.
