Video of Justin Bieber hanging out in Las Vegas this past weekend has been released. Justin is joined in the video by The Fosters’ star, Maia Mitchell and Rudy Mancuso.

Yesterday, June 25, Justin was spotted outside a Los Angeles recording studio. Justin has apparently been working on new music for the past couple of months, so hopefully we hear something regarding his music soon.
