Justin Bieber OC Fair Fun

Justin Bieber attended the Orange County Fair last night, August 14. He was joined by some friends at the annual summer event.

Justin rode a few rides, played a few carnival games and even won some prizes for local fans. The singer is enjoying some relaxation time before he releases his new single “What Do You Mean” on August 28!
