One Direction to Disband in March
One Direction will apparently take a break after the release of their upcoming fifth album. The Sun is reporting the group made the decision last week in London.
One Direction is currently on their On the Road Again tour and plan to have it be their last one. Their next album is expected to be released during the Holiday season.
After the release of the album, and its subsequent promotion, Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson are expected to go their separate ways (likely March of 2016).
Allegedly the guys have begun to prep for their next steps with further talks to occur in the coming weeks. Sources believe Harry could sign with Sony or consider a movie career while Niall is also considering a solo project.
The source also states Liam will likely continue writing and producing, as well as DJing and Louis is expected to grow his record company and potentially join The X Factor.
Even though the band will supposedly disband in March, it will be on amicable terms. The guys haven’t ruled out getting back together in the future but are interested in exploring solo projects.
Do you think One Direction will go their separate ways soon?
