Justin Bieber greeted fans in New York City yesterday, August 24. The young singer looked to be in good spirits as he met with fans while exiting Z100’s studios.

Justin has been in the Big Apple for the past few days to promote his new single “What Do You Mean”. Justin has also recruited his celebrity friends, including Kendall Jenner & Kate Hudson, to help countdown the days to the song’s release, which will be on August 28.

I have money on the fact that Justin will be revealed as an MTV Video Music Awards’ performer.
