Justin Bieber has released the first teaser from his music video for his new single “What Do You Mean”. The official music video will premiere at 11pm EST on August 30 on VEVO.

Justin was also a guest on On-Air With Ryan Seacrest this morning, August 28, to promote his new single. During his interview, Justin spoke about the song, ladies in his life, performing at the VMAs, and so much more. You can watch videos from his interview below.
