Emily Bett Rickards and David Ramsey were spotted on the set of Arrow in Vancouver today, September 8. The duo is currently working on episode 4×06,

In the episode, Mama Smoak (Charlotte Ross) will make her return to Starling City. Charlotte posted a photo of her and her TV daughter, Emily from set today on to her Twitter.
