Demi Lovato was spotted out in Stockholm, Sweden today, September 13. Demi is in Stockholm promoting her new album, Confident.

Demi has been in Europe for the past couple of days promoting the album in a number of cities including London and Paris. Today, she met with fans for a private listening party before talking to press. The album is slated to be released worldwide on October 16!
