Victoria Justice was spotted in New York City yesterday, September 12. The young actress was joined by her sister Madison as she headed to some New York Fashion Week events.

Victoria has been quite the busy bee this past week promoting her new film, Naomi And Ely’s No Kiss List. This new movie also stars Victoria’s beau, Pierson Fode.
