Justin Bieber was spotted out in London today, September 17. The young singer was seen greeting fans and skateboarding before heading on his way.

Justin is currently in London to promote his new single “What Do You Mean”. Justin has been all through Europe to promote his new single and will soon return back to the Los Angeles area for a bit of break before beginning promotions for his new album.
