Watch a Brand New Deleted Scene from Arrow Season 3

A deleted scene from Arrow Season 3 has been released. The scene is a flashback scene between Oliver (Stephen Amell) and his friend Maseo.

The scene was released in honor of the Season 3 Blu-Ray/DVD release. Arrow’s Season 3 DVD will be released on Tuesday, September 22. It will feature more deleted scenes, commentary and new featurettes.
