Justin Bieber was spotted leaving his hotel in Amsterdam today, September 18. Justin looked to be in wonderful spirits as he waved to fans who had been waiting outside for a glimpse of the star.

Justin is currently in Amsterdam to continue promotions for his new single “What Do You Mean”. Soon, Justin will finish his European promotional tour to take a bit of a break before heading back out on the road to promote his new album, due out in November,
