Justin Bieber was spotted going for a walk in Beverly Hills today, October 7. The young singer looked to be in decent spirits as he walked down the sidewalk with Hailey Baldwin.

Justin Bieber has just returned back to the Los Angeles area after being overseas for the past few weeks. Justin was in Europe and Australia to promote his new album, which will hit shelves in November.
