Justin Bieber greeted fans in London last night, October 21. The young star looked to be in great spirits as he chatted with fans before heading on his way.

Justin was also seen last night getting cozy with one of his backup dancers at The Square Pig and Pen. The two looked awfully comfortable as they relaxed and had a few drinks after filming for The Graham Norton Show. You can check out photos of the pair together here.
