The Cast of Arrow Film 4×09 On Location in Vancouver

The cast of Arrow was spotted filming in Vancouver yesterday, October 22. Stephen Amell, Willa Holland, David Ramsey, Katie Cassidy and Emily Bett Rickards were all on hand to film an action scenes by the Vancouver waterfront.

The scene will appear in Arrow’s upcoming 4×09 “Dark Waters”. Filming for the new episode began on October 15 and will run until October 27.
