Stills from Madison Pettis & Sarah Hyland’s new animated Disney Channel original movie, The Lion Guard: Return of the Roar. The movie is a sequel to the hit Disney movie, The Lion King and prequel to the new series, The Lion Guard.

In the new DCOM, “Join Kion, second born cub of Simba and Nala, as he becomes leader of the Lion Guard and assembles the best and brightest to help him protect the Pridelands.”

The movie will premiere on the network on Sunday, November 22. The new series will be rolled out on the network in the early part of 2016!
