Troian Bellisario celebrated her birthday last night, October 31 in Los Angeles. Her fiancé, Patrick J. Adams threw a Back to the Future/Halloween theme party for the birthday girl.

Patrick went as Marty McFly and even had the Deloren on hand for group photos. He really went all out for her birthday party this year! These two are too cute! There relationship makes me so happy!
