See How They Brought the Ellcrys to Life in New BTS Video for The Shannara Chronicles

A new behind the scenes video from the set of The Shannara Chronicles has been released. The new MTV series stars Austin Butler and this new video focuses on the making of the the Ellcrys.

For those not familiar with the book series Terry Brooks, which the show is based off of, the Ellcrys plays a pretty important part in the series. Its leave serve as a prison for some of the demons that wish to attack the Four lands.

The Shannara Chronicles will premiere its first of ten episodes on January 5 at 10 p.m. on MTV!
