Justin Bieber was spotted grabbing a bite to eat today, November 7, at his hotel in Cannes, France. The singer is in town to perform at the NRJ Awards tonight.

Justin is in full preparation mode for his new studio album Purpose which will arrive this Friday, November 13. He will appear on The Ellen Show every day next week in promotion of the album.
