Justin Bieber Performs at NRJ Awards

Justin Bieber performed his single “What Do U Mean” at the NRJ Awards in Cannes, France tonight, November 7. He was also given the Honor Award at the show.

Justin hit the red carpet prior to his performance. He has been all over Europe these last few days promoting his new album Purpose set for arrival on Friday, November 13.
