Watch Miley Cyrus’ FULL LGBT Vanguard Awards Speech

Miley Cyrus’ full speech from the LGBT Vanguard Awards this past Saturday, November 7 in Los Angeles has been released. Miley was honored at the event for helping raise awareness on the homeless youth problem affecting our country and the world and her work with her Happy Hippie Foundation.

Miley was also able to help raise $50,000 for charity during the event. The singer licked the piano Linda Perry was auctioning off during the show and it went for 50k.
