A new promo for the upcoming new episode of Arrow has been unveiled. This new episode is titled “Blood Debts” and it will mark the mid-season premiere for the show.

In the episode, Oliver seeks revenge after the events of the mid-season finale. Arrow will return with new episodes starting January 20.
