Selena Gomez Denies Dating Niall Horan?!
Selena Gomez cleared up some rumors surrounding her relationship status earlier today, December 11, at the Z100 Jingle Ball. The young singer has been rumored to be dating One Direction’s Niall Horan ever since the American Music Awards, which took place this past November.
However, that’s not the case it would seem. Even though Selena has been frequently liking Niall’s Instagram posts and inviting him to dinner with her family and friends, Selena stated that she was not dating Niall, but she does loves him and thinks he is amazing.
Maybe they are just really close friends?!
UPDATE: Selena took to her personal Instagram account to clarify that she was not denying dating Niall in the interview above, just that people don’t have a right to know. She left a comment on another Instagram account that read “The only thing I shut down was people thinking they have a right to know”.
No idea how any of this plays in answering the question of whether or not they are dating. Guess this means we are all back at square one.
