Netflix Acquires Global Rights to Shadowhunters

Netflix has acquired the global rights to ABC Family’s new series, Shadowhunters. The series will premiere on the network in January and now fans outside the US will be able to watch it as it airs.

Netflix will air the first episode on January 13, a day after it premieres on ABC Family. Unlike its past show, it will only air 1 episode a week rather than the whole season.
