Taylor Swift Surprises Young Fan Who Has Cancer

Taylor Swift made one young fan’s dream come true today, December 19, in Grand Junction, Colorado. The singer surprised Delaney, a young fan who has neuroblastoma, after a Facebook campaign appeared earlier this month.

Taylor showed up at Delaney’s home surprising Delaney who had no idea Taylor was coming over. Taylor spent the afternoon with the young fan, her family and friends as Taylor posed for photos, chatted with Delaney and shared a few gifts.
