A brand new clip from Dakota Fanning’s new film The Benefactor has been released. Dakota stars alongside Theo James and Richard Gere in this new indie.

In the clip released, Gere’s character surprises Dakota and Theo’s characters with a new home to raise their child. Dakota and Theo’s character aren’t too pleased with the latest surprise in their lives.

The Benefactor opens in theaters on January 15.
