Justin Bieber was spotted dining at Il Pastaio in Beverly Hills today, January 17. The singer was seen departing the restaurant and posing for fan photos before heading on his way.

Justin is gearing up for the launch of his Purpose World Tour which will kick off in Seattle on March 9. The singer also recently debuted newly purple hair.
