Justin Bieber was spotted out in Los Angeles today, January 18. Justin showed off his dyed hair as he and friends ran some errands in LA.

Later this year, Justin will head out on his Purpose World Tour. The tour is set to take the singer all over North America and Europe. The tour will kick off in Seattle on March 9.
