Jennifer Lawrence has landed a new role. The young actress will play Marita Lorenz in the upcoming film, Marita and she will also be producing the film as well.

According to Variety, this new film will focus on the life of Marita and her affair with Fidel Castro. It was also focus on her involvement “in the CIA’s assassination attempt on the Cuban leader.”

Sony hopes to begin production on Jennifer’s project later this year, but no concrete date has been announced yet.
