Justin Bieber was spotted at the Grove today, January 20. The singer was seen by fans grabbing dinner at the Cheesecake Factor and leaving a recording studio.

Justin has been seen all over Los Angeles for the past couple of days. He seems to be enjoying his time off in the city before hitting the road on his Purpose tour this coming March.
