Justin Bieber was spotted at The Nice Guy in Los Angeles last night, January 26. The singer seemed to be in good spirits as he was spotted outside the venue.

Justin is currently in Los Angeles getting ready for his upcoming Purpose tour. The tour is set to kick off this coming March and will take him all over the United States, Canada and Europe.
